Referrals can be made by EMIS task, phone or via email.

The purpose of the Safeguarding Care Coordinator role is to support the Clinical Safeguarding Leads across the PCN in progressing safeguarding referrals, arranging multi agency meetings, giving feedback to clinicians and administering the requests for reports for social care conferences.  

The overall aim is to enhance and improve the safeguarding processes and procedures that already exist within the PCN for the benefit of Clinicians, staff and patients.
