Learning Disabilities Event
On the 23rd June the PCN held its very first Learning Disabilities week event at The Parish Rooms in Cheadle Hulme.
The event, organised by LD Coordinator Emma Johnson and the team, was a success with patients and carers who enjoyed activities such as cake decorating, planting seeds, hula hooping, wellbeing tutorials, blood pressure checks and much more!
Feedback from patients about the event was positive and we look forward to holding another event soon.
